Großbetrieb

Die Elektro-Einheitsloks der - BR 110 (ex. E10), BR139 (ex.E39), BR140 (ex.E40) , BR141 (ex.E41), BR150 (ex.E150), BR151 - der DB

Informationen zum Vorbild:

Mitte der 50er Jahre begann der Traktionswechsel - von der Dampflock - zur Diesel- bzw. Elektrolok.

Um diesen effizenter zu gestalten, versuchte man bei dem E-Loks - wenn es ging - möglichst viele Teile gemeinsam zu verwenden - die Idee der Einheitslok ward geboren. Es entstanden verschiedene Loktypen für verschiedene Einsatzzwecke, die aber alle einwenig oder auch sehr ähnlich aussahen. Es entstanden folgende Baureihen:

  • E10.0 (später BR110) - Vorserienlok 
  • E10.1 (später BR110) - Fern-Schnellzuglok 
    • E10.11 Einheits-Kastenform mit großen Einzelleuchten als Vorserie für Rheingold
    • E10.12 mit aerodyn.  Lokfront (Bügelfalte) für Rheingold, Rheinpfeil 
    • E10.13 z.B. Rheingold
  • E40 (später BR140) - mittelschwerer Güter- und Reisezugverkehr
    • E39(später BR139) - Umbau aus E40.11 zur Steilstrecken-Güterzuglok mit Widerstandsbremse
  • E41 (später BR141) - Nahverkehrslok
  • E50 (später BR150) - schwere 3-achsige Güterzuglok
  • BR151 - schwere 3-achsige Güterzuglok

Darüber hinaus gab es noch verschiedenste Lackier-Varianten wie z.B.

  • die TEE-farbenen 114er, 
  • die Mauszuglok 
  • etc.

Elektrolokomotive Baureihe 140

Geschaffen für den GüterverkehrIn ihrem Typenplan für Einheit-E-Loks definierte die junge Bundesbahn mit der Baureihe 140 eine Maschine für den Güterverkehr. Diese entsprach weitgehend der Baureihe 110, mit einer den Aufgaben angepassten Getriebe­übersetzung. Sie kam aber auch vor Personenzügen zum Einsatz und war dank der ­enormen Stückzahl von 879 Exemplaren omnipräsent. Die Auslieferung begann im ­Januar 1957. Im August 1973 konnte die DB schließlich die letzte 140 in ­Empfang nehmen. Folglich gab es viele kleine Bauartunterschiede. So erhielten einige Loks Verschleißpufferbohlen und eine Vielfachsteuerung für Doppel­traktion und Wendezugbetrieb. Bei privaten Bahnen sind sie bis heute im ­Einsatz. DB Cargo verzichtet seit Oktober 2016 auf ihre Dienste.

  • Geregelter Hochleistungsantrieb mit Schwungmasse, zentral eingebaut.
  • Alle vier Achsen über Kardan angetrieben.
  • Haftreifen.
  • Fahrtrichtungsabhängig wechselndes Dreilicht-Spitzensignal und zwei rote Schlusslichter konventionell in Betrieb, digital schaltbar. 
  • Spitzensignal an Lokseite 2 und 1 jeweils separat digital abschaltbar.
  • Doppel-A-Licht-Funktion. Führerstands- und Maschinenraumbeleuchtung digital schaltbar.
  • Beleuchtung mit wartungsfreien warmweißen und roten Leuchtdioden (LED).
  • Detailliert ausgeführte Dachaufbauten mit neu konstruierten Stromabnehmern der Bauart DBS 54.
  • Stromabnehmer digital heb- und senkbar.
  • Viele separat angesetzte Teile wie Griffstangen, Tritte und UIC-Steckdosen. Pufferhöhe nach NEM.
  • Kinematikgeführte Kurzkupplungen.
  • Lokführerfigur im Führerstand 1 sitzend.
  • Bremsleitungen und Schraubenkupplungen liegen als separat ansteckbare Teile bei. 
  • Länge über Puffer ca. 19 cm.
  • Passende Silowagen der Bauart Ucs 908 finden Sie im Märklin H0-Sortiment unter der Artikelnummer 00723. Dieses Modell finden Sie in Gleichstromausführung im Trix H0-Sortiment unter der Artikelnummer 22640.
  • Formvariante mit Verschleißpufferbohle.
  • Neu konstruierte Stromabnehmer der Bauart DBS 54.
  • Stromabnehmer digital heb- und senkbar.
  • Führerstandsbeleuchtung digital schaltbar.
  • Kinematikgeführte Kurzkupplungen.
  • Digitaldecoder mfx+ mit umfangreichen Licht- und Soundfunktionen.
  • Pufferhöhe nach NEM.
  • Lokführerfigur im Führerstand 1 sitzend.

Da die Platine mit einer 21-pol. mtc-Schnittstelle ausgerüstet ist, kann jeder beliebige Digital-Decoder (Standard-/Sound) eingesetzt werden, der diese Schnittstelle bedienen kann. Abhängig vom verwendeten Decoder, können dann auch verschiedene - mittlerweile bis zu 32 - Funktionen realisiert sein.

Diese sind verschiedener Kategorien zugeordnet:
  • logische Funktionen  - z.B. Rangiergang, Simulation der Massenträgheit [ABV], etc.,
  • physikalische Funktionen - z.B. Schaltausgänge für Licht, Rauchsatz, etc.   
  • und Geräusche - bei Sound-Decodern.

Eine genaue Auflistung der Funktionen, sowie deren "Zuordung zu den Funktionstasten" (Funktion-Mapping) des werkseitig verbauten Decoders, findet man im Register: Decoder > Funktionen, in der Betriebsanleitung zu ihrer Lokomotive, oder auch in der Produktdatenbank des Herstellers.

  • MM-II Protokoll - als Kompatibilitäts-Protokoll zum früheren Digital-System
Vorrangig wird immer das mfx-Protokoll bedient, wenn ein mfx-Gleissignal erkannt wird. Wird nur ein MM-II Protoikoll erkannt, ist das mfx-Protokoll abgeschaltet.

Die Lokomotive ist werkseitig mit einem mfx-Decoder versehen und lt. Märklin optimal eingestellt.

Für etwaige Änderungen an der Konfiguration beachten sie bitte genau die Anweisungen in der Betriebsanleitung, sowie die Hersteller-Hinweise auf der Web-Seite.

Wenn sie eine nicht mehr reproduzierbare Programmierung haben, dann können sie den Decoder wieder in seine Grundkonfiguration (Werkseinstellung) zurück versetzen.

Eine mfx-Lok meldet sich danach wieder unter dem Namen, der auch im Handbuch steht, bei der Zentrale an. Die Motor-Parameter und die Funktionstastenbelegung entsprechen wieder der Werkseinstellung.

Wie dieser RESET durchgeführt wird, erfahren sie aus
  • der Decoder-Dokumentation oder ggf. aus
  • der Betriebsanleitung oder
  • der Beschreibung ihres digitalen Steuergerätes.

Wer sich mit der CV-Programmierung auskennt, kann auch in die CV#8 den Wert 8 schreiben, dann sollte wieder alles normal sein.

Wer die Programmierung mit einer 6021 doch selbst durchführen möchte, der findet hier auf dem Märklin-Server eine Anleitung pdf bl dazu.

Bei einrm RESET des Decoders, gehen alle vorher gemachten Änderungen an der Konfiguration verloren. Sollten sie also Einstellungn auf ihre Bedürfnisse abgeändert haben, so müssen diese später durch individuelle Neuiprogrammierung wieder hergestellt werden

Die Regelung des Motors wird komplett von der Elektronik / vom Decoder übernommen. Dazu wird die Gegen-EMK - also die Spannung die der sich drehende Motor zurückgibt, wenn er einen kurzen Moment nicht angetrieben wird (Generator) -  ausgewertet und - die Drehzahl entsprechend der Sollvorgabe - ggf. nachgeregelt.

Die Sollvorgabe kann durch die dafür vorgesehenen CVs ihres Decoders beeinflusst werden. Nähere Details dazu finden sie in der Decoder-Anleitung bzw. auf den Supportseiten ihres Decoderherstellers.

Grundsätzlich unterscheiden wir bei Lokomotiven unterschiedliche, mögliche Störquellen wie:

  • Schleifer,
  • Motor,
  • etc.
die durch geeignete Maßnahmen in die Entstörung einzubeziehen sind.

Da es beim Betrieb der Lok - durch Funkenbildung am Schleifer und Motor - zu breitbandige Störungen, die heute unter "Elektro-Smog" eingeordnet werden - kommen kann, ist eine Entstörung dringend geraten.

  • Störungsauswirkungen

    Die Störungen können in digitalen Modellbahn-Systemen z.B. zu unvorhergesehenen Effekten - wie Nichtsteuerbarkeit der Lokomotiven, unkontrollierte Steuerung anderer Lokomotiven, Signale, etc. führen.

    Ein weiterer Teil der Störungen kann sich z.B. aber auch auf den Funkempfang auswirken. Wegen der Breitbandigkeit, können dabei auch andere Frequenzbereiche - z.B. solche für sensible Bereiche/Dienste wie Herzschrittmacher, Flugfunk, etc. - betroffen sein.  

  • Maßnahmen 

    Zur Minimierung der Störungen sind seitens des Produkt-Herstellers verschiedene Maßnahmen - nach der EMV - Richtlinie - vorzusehen: Dazu gehören z.B. Drosselspulen und Kondensatoren - teils in komplexer Anordnung und auch besondere Abschirmungen.

Grundsätzlich gelten folgende Hinweise:

  • vorhandene Entstörbauteile
    • dürfen nie ausgebaut werden  und
    • müssen immer so nah wie möglich an der Störquelle verbaut sein, damit eine Antennenwirkung über ggf. vorhandene  Anschlussleitungen minimiert wird.

In manchen Lokomotiven baut Märklin/Trix Bauteile zur Entstörung der Schleiferzuleitungen ein.

Eine Längsdrossel in die Schleiferzuleitung zum Decoder - bei Trix wird systembedingt in jede der beiden Radschleiferleitungen eine verbaut - bedämpft Störsignale , die das Digitalsignal überlagern können und damit Störungen bei der Kommunikation zwischen Decoder und Steuergerät (Stichwort: "Geisterlok") verursachen können.

Da Modellbahn-Lokomotiven mit Schleifern und Motore ausgerüstet sind, treten im Betrieb unterschiedliche Störsignale auf.. Am Motor werden sie i.d.R. durch ein Phi(?)-Filter aus 2 Induktivitäten und biszu drei Kondensatoren bedämpft.

Die Störsignale an den Schleifern der Lok, müssen anders behandelt werden. Speziell bei Märklin-Loks mit dem Mittelschleifer können Störungen durch schlechte Kontaktgabe entstehen.

  • Längsdrossel

    Diese werden direkt in der Schleiferleitung eingelötet, Dabei handelt es sich im elektrischen Sinn um eine Induktivität (Spule). Es gibt sie in verschiedenen Bauausführungen.

Bei Märklin werden - bedingt durch das Mittelleiter-Gleissystem - bei Lokomotiven und Wagen seit je her Mittelschleifer eingesetzt. Sie unterscheiden sich durch ihre Bau-Montageform, Länge und Ausführung der Schleifauflage. Die nachfolgende Zusamenstellung gibt eine kleine Übersicht.

Allgemein

Das Fahrzeug ist mit den Kurzkupplungen versehen, wie sie seit geraumer Zeit von Märklin/Trix verbaut werden.

Diese Kupplungen besitzen eine Steckaufnahme und einen Kurzkupplungskopf. Die Steckaufnahme wird in einen sogn. NEM-Schacht gesteckt. Dieser kann verschiedenartig geführt werden.

  • mit Kulissenführung

    Ermöglicht eine saubere Führung, speziell in Kurven und anspruchsvollen Gleisfiguren.

  • mit Drehpunktführung

    Eine einfachere Variante, die oft bei gerinen Platzverhältnissen gewählt wird.
